The Future of Global Concepts

Global Concepts Ltd. (OTC BB: GCCPE) is reporting today on the present status of the company and its future prospects.

As stated in our lawsuit, Global Concepts has been the victim of a huge and fraudulent scheme allegedly perpetrated by Dominique De Maio, who headed all of Global's operations in France, and others working with De Maio in France. Our U.S. management discovered the scheme in October, and their huge scam quickly unraveled. Since then, almost each day we discover new instances of illegal activities, all to the detriment of Global Concepts.

Global has now filed in France a massive criminal and civil complaint against Dominique De Maio. The acts alleged in the complaint run the gamut from lies, forgeries, improper usage and movement of funds, to false and misleading financial reports and information. We intend to amend this complaint as additional causes of action are revealed, and to add additional defendants who participated with De Maio in this conspiracy. "If convicted, these guilty parties can expect long jail terms," stated Mike Margolies, Global's Chairman.

The civil portion of the suit does not as yet ask for a specific dollar amount, but we conservatively calculate Global's damages in the many millions of dollars. However, our ability to collect a judgment from the defendants is unknown at this time.

It was important for management to devote almost 100% of its time and efforts over the past weeks with the forensic accountants it had hired for this specific task, as well as finding and working with the most qualified legal team available.

The car preparation portion of our subsidiary, CLTA, is being operated by a court appointed trustee, who will put it up for sale within the next few months. Global Concepts could not justify proposing a rehabilitation plan as the actual and final size of the defalcation was not known, and may not be known for some time. We have not made a final determination as to whether we want to buy this remaining operation of CLTA, or as to whether we are even qualified to buy (French law may prohibit a shareholder from being a purchaser). However, it is not likely that we will do so.

Our other French subsidiaries, which are known collectively as "SLATE," were recently put into the French equivalent of an American Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding. An administrator has been appointed, but Global Concepts continues to operate the 3 SLATE entities. We have already started to formulate a reorganization plan which will be presented for the court's approval. If approved, this would allow SLATE to emerge from under the court's jurisdiction and continue to function. Completion of the reorganization, however, will require that we provide working capital for SLATE. Our expectation is that the court will require approximately $250,000. Unless we are able to raise such funds, Global Concepts will also lose its ownership interest in SLATE.

Because CLTA has lost its management and is now controlled by the court, we are unable to obtain financial statements for CLTA that meet the requirements for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As a result, Global Concepts does not expect to be able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2005 or its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for 2005. As a result, we expect Global Concepts' common stock to be delisted from the OTC Bulletin Board.

We will make every attempt to keep our shareholders informed as to whatever transpires in our attempt to stay alive.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Global Warming - Using UAVs to Plant Trees

The Rain Forests on planet Earth are receding at an alarming rate some of this is due to normal planet cycles and some is due to mankind's industrial growth and sprawling increased populations. Humans need resources for their civilizations and timber is one very popular material used to build homes, businesses, schools and infrastructure.

Nevertheless, the rainforests are an important part of Earth's over all eco-system and the trees and vegetation is needed. In looking at this problem and the challenges which lie ahead at the Online Think Tank has been working on a solution. Currently, the tree deficit is about 6-8 Billion Trees from what we can surmise from reading rain-forest ecology research. It is such a massive problem that the only way to solve this is to use technology to help us plant more trees.

I propose using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or UAVs to help us plant more trees. UAVs are already being used in the Forest Service to help with fighting wildfires, now they can be used to help re-plant trees that have been destroyed by fire or used as timber. Additionally we can use other areas that remain fertile and unused as places to plant trees. By increasing the number of trees we can also offset mankind's CO2 pollution and perhaps keep the Global Warming folks from using the mass media to incite the masses into hysteria?

To Test Or Not To Test? That Is The Question

Most states are now in their standardized testing period. The No Child Left Behind Act mandates testing for kids under the heading of “Assessment and Accountability.” Math seems to be the general weak area for many kids. Suddenly kids are on edge because their parents and teachers are on edge. One starts seeing arguments and articles about why testing is good or why testing is bad. Points and counter-points are being thrown about. Those who favor tests say that a standard guide is needed to evaluate what the students have learned and what they have not learned. Those against testing claim that knowledge is not measured by some standardized test taken on one day out of the whole school year.

The argument works both ways and finding a common ground is easier said than done. It is like asking someone to compromise without ourselves giving an inch. A compromise is a two-way street. It is a give and take. Not just taking and definitely not just giving.

The counter-points for those who favor testing are many. How can a one-day test show what a child has learned the entire year? What about kids who have the knowledge but are poor test takers with little or no test taking skills? What if the child tests on a day when the child is not feeling well? The list goes on.

Similarly the counter-points for those who oppose testing are a handful. Without some form of testing, how can one judge what a child knows and where more work needs to go in when teaching the child? How does one measure the ability of a teacher to get his or her students up to par with what are the accepted grade appropriate standards of knowledge?

The proponents on both sides move further away from each other rather than moving closer to each other’s position while trying to come to a meeting of the minds. The harsh reality of the world is that there is no getting away from testing. Testing in some form or another is used in all aspects of all professions. A lawyer has to pass the bar, a doctor has to his exams, an athlete has to pass tests of his athletic skills, and so on. At some level everyone is being judged and whether via a formal test or some other form of test, it is immaterial. A judgement is being made about one’s knowledge, skill or talent.

This is life. Everyone is being measured at some level by someone. The sooner our kids learn to deal with it, the better prepared they will be to face life’s challenges and judgements. This is even more important now than ever as we are truly in a global world. The competition in math comes from China, India, Japan, and many other countries which focus on developing a strong basic math foundation. Math is an incremental subject where every topic forward requires a mastery of the previous one. If the foundation is lacking, the child is doomed to a lifetime of math struggles and faces the prospects of many doors closing in the child's professional pursuits.

Though our kids are getting used to math toys and educational toys, they continue to need math tutoring lessons to help them be prepared for tests. Test taking skills are developed by practice. Practice makes perfect and more practice makes more perfect. Despite all the hype about new ways of teaching, the tried and true methods almost always prove their longevity.

UAVs to Plant Cactus Along the Mexican Border; The Thick Pointy Kind!

The amount of money budgeted to put up a border fence between the United States and Mexico is a staggering multi-billion-dollar project. Recently, our Online Think Tank considered some possible alternatives. And in doing so we left nothing off-limits, all ideas were discussed no matter how crazy; complete unlimited thought to solve this grave problem.

One idea was to put landmines along the border, which were nonlethal and they would pop up and put sleeping gas in the area putting all the border crossing people to sleep and then the discharged device would contact the satellite or radio in the location and alert authorities to go pick them up.

Another idea was to use UAVs to Plant Cactus along the Mexican Border; The Thick Pointy Kind! How would this work you ask? Well, the UAV would fly along in a grid pattern and drop seeds for cactus plants a few days before a storm was about to hit then we simply let nature take its course and the cactuses would grow tall and thick and make a permanent barrier to entry.

Over 500 people die each year crossing the deserts from Mexico into the United States and if the cactuses would prevent them from crossing they would have to turn back and they would not die of over heat exhaustion and lack of water.

By planting cactuses we can save many lives. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple, to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.

How To Choose The Right Career For Yourself?

Career Planning is a long process, which begins right from the time one starts visiting school. Choosing a job that will suit you best depend on a number of factors, beginning with your interest and what you enjoy most. This is most important since there is no point working if; you do not enjoy the work you are doing. Secondly, it is also important to know what you wish to achieve in future. Setting prior goals is essential as this is what is going to motivate you in attaining results at the earliest.

The initial few years of your career are the most crucial period. It is during this phase that you realize which will be the perfect job for you. Counsellors also suggest that one should keep experimenting with a variety of profiles during this period to see where the interest actually lies. The career planning cycle has been broken into four stages that help in evaluating your position and take you to your desired position. The four stages are as follows:

Where you are?
Where can you be?
How can you be there?
Are you actually getting there?

Let’s now study these four stages and see what they actually mean.

The first step in career planning is self-assessment. To find out ‘Where you are’ placed and why you are in the position. Once you start evaluating your position you will know how focused or lost you are. And accordingly, you will also know how to refocus on your goals and move ahead. Proper and effective evaluation of the reason for your stagnation or your development is also essential. On doing this, you will know if the job you are currently pursuing is actually of interest to you or not.

Your next level should be to set goals, i.e. answering the question, ‘Where can you be?’ This is a very practical stage of your career planning and no assumptions or superficial beliefs would help you in this situation. Your assessment should be an effective reality check on your growth to find out of the loopholes if it exists anywhere. At this level, you also need to make up your mind clearly as to where you really wish to get, while you are making your career moves.

On answering the above two, you have now successfully reached the third and most dynamic stage of your career planning. Here you need to figure out ‘How can you be there?’ and prepare your skills and knowledge accordingly. Do a SWOT analysis on your self, i.e. a rigorous check of your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This is the stage of implementing your plans. This is the execution phase.

Next comes a final assessment, to find out whether you are actually getting there. This is a periodical check on your moves. And will guide you to the right path.

The next most important thing in choosing the right career is to evaluate if your values, beliefs and attitude will fit in the job or not. There is no job satisfaction if you are not rightly and adequately paid for the job. And this is one reason for which most people are dissatisfied with their work.

Invest some time out of your schedule to find out the answer to these simple questions and find a career for yourself, which will compliment you and help you to love your workplace.

Human Bio-System Vibrational Fine-Tuning of the Future

In the future people will be able to buy beds which will look similar to a tanning bed sandwich situation. In this special bed they will have a human Biosystem vibrational fine tuning machine that will be custom tailored to their specific DNA and anything that is not running at optimum.

The vibrational fine tuning will allow the body to talk to itself and the cells to do their job and this will immediately boost the immune system while the person is sleeping. Will this be one of the technologies that Ray Kurzweil cites in his books and articles on how human beings will be able to land a healthy life to the age of 600 years?

Why not?

The vibrational fine tuning and helping of the body to do its job better is perhaps a better plan than pumping the body full of pills to keep it alive and experiencing all the unintended consequences of each new pill or substance that is put in and how they interact with each other and change the normal cycles of the human Biosystem.

Are there any other vibrational fine tuning machines available in the present period? Well there are fat zapping machines that are made in Israel that break down fat cells and of course this is just the start. The future of vibrational machines to help the human bio system are well on their way and will be here in your lifetime.

How do I know this? I can't tell you. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.

Pulsed Laser Light Creation Singularities and Time Travel

Is it possible to create a light beam that never actually starts but sends our pre-waves, which stop the event from occurring, but once the waves are created they cannot be uncreated. Yet if the creation of the light itself is stopped, how can you have the energy by its self?

Recently someone asked me to explain a thought or concept I had where to create traveling energy waves that move faster than the speed of light and I explained how I would do this, but in the explanation leaves other questions about time completely unanswered.

What I am saying it that at the time the light is created or begins to become created it sends out waves. Those waves go much faster than the speed of light and will travel to the other side of a chamber before the light actually starts to shine. Then on the other side of the chamber these waves will set off another pulsed laser to start. Which sends waves the other way, that turns off the first laser still before any light shines. No light exists just the precursors to the light itself. Only the energy from the light, but no light. All happening faster than the light itself.

The next experiment is to have the same scenario is to allow these pre-waves to get to the other side of the chamber and then activate a signal which travels thru a co-axial cable faster than the speed of light. I think they now have it at 140 times, which will turn off the original light pulse thus no light ever occurred. Does the light occur any way? Where? Will the energy in the box light up the entire box? Or send the light forward in time, even though it no longer exists. Skipping Time? Skipping Light?

Energy without a place in time. Light without a place to go or a time to shine? Really? Hmm? In this scenario I am using the "Singularity" definition as the "Event". The "creation of that Light" that split moment when it is starting to be created. Nothing exists, then something, but it is stopped in mid-creation, but the waves create another, which in turn stops the first.

Therefore no light was created only waves fired at each other, energy without an "event" or "singularity" or "creation" and all happening faster than light. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. Can We Send Information Faster Than the Speed of Light?

Well we know that the precursory waves to light waves occur as disruptions as the light pushes them out. So what if the precursory waves were labeled as a one or zero? This is information now. So you could have a pulsed laser send out precursory waves and kill the main event of the light from the pulse laser just before it starts. Thus you send precursory disruption waves as your actual signal

There are many theories I have along this line of thought; I did write up an article some where on an energy bubble riding on light wave precursory waves. You could cause something like this in theory, thus send open air light wave signals faster than light. Or a wave rider information pack bubble riding on a precursory light wave. Maybe even a sound wave wrapped in self.

If you look at HP Research, Intel's new research and storing images on photons. Then who is to say that all the light in the Universe is not pre-coded. You could in fact encapsulate information or perhaps DNA strand information back or forward in time or anywhere in the dimension or through other dimensions to here or there or where ever, why not?

Well the why not is indeed interesting and some would say that just isn’t possible; why? Because science does not know how to? I am not buying that. Humans could not build jet aircraft in the 18th century either, it does not mean it is not possible only no one knew how...YET!

"Life is a Wave" -Lance 1999'

I believe we can send encapsulated DNA, particles, viruses, RNA back or forwards in time on shelled light precursory wave riders. But most folks are looking at present day applications, such as a computer processor that works on light or can send information faster than the speed of light?

Yes, my thinking is that you could make a processor work faster than the speed of light trillions of calculations per second. Complete the information and send it back in time. Complete the process before time can record it, Do it in the void of an encapsulated timeless space.

My suspicion is that you could store all the Universes information in a cup of water and some day perhaps we just might? Moore’s Law is not dead yet? Scientists are now stopping a pulsed laser in mid-flight; the light then reappears. How can that be? Light that re-appears appears to me as converting to energy during the disruption collision with the barrier stopping it, the energy becomes one with the other during the transition, but the randomness is re-alined as the momentum (loosely used) pushes and pulls and then the natural configuration re-appears as one again.

Light! I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.

The E-Citizen Future-Currently Governments Move Slow Protecting Us From It Moving Too Fast

There are huge numbers of eGovernment initiatives going on around the planet in nearly every government on Earth. Previously in past periods the bureaucracy protected citizens from the government moving to fast. Will the eCitizen, you, have that same protection in the future, asks the Online Think Tank?

Will the citizens rise up against the machine or IT eGovernance systems using Flash mobs and/or similar electronic guerrilla tactics? You know humans like chimpanzees will use tools. What about Hackers, will they suddenly become Robin Hoods? With Red, White and Black hats depending on the day?

E-Governments must build fair balanced systems for the eCitizen of the future to prevent rebellion and mistrust of improperly engineered e-Governance systems says the Online Think Tank. But in all this is a catch-22, if the system is not build strongly, then it will be hacked to pieces and break down, causing chaos and mistrust leading to civil unrest in the first place.

Then it must defend itself, the IT Computerized government of the Future, against the flash mobs that occurred during the French Revolution. Secure, net-centric, redundant and bullet proof computers systems must be built and these e-Governments must operate at the Speed of Thought.

These eGovernments must be one with the people in real-time, perhaps thru instant poling, voting, etc. suggests the Online Think Tank. For voting, the eCitizen may be voting for a given computer system or program not a human politician. Are you ready for this brave new future? Scared Yet? Don’t be; consider the problems we have now with scandals and such.

These future eGovernment will grow in efficiency, security and robust features and will include massive Data Storage for the civilization and Bio-Metric systems for any humans running any part of the net-centric eGovernance IT system, which you will come to know as “IT” and well I thought you should know about iT too.

Designing an Ocean Wave Hydro Electric Generator Which Can Withstand a 500 Lb Bomb

With all the conflict in the world we must be careful with the infrastructure projects we put into Third World nations. With all the help that the NGOs, world governments and United States of America give we must be realistic with the money we spend and how we spend it. First order of business should not be simply to cure diseases or feed people.

The first order of any human civilization should be clean water that can be used for agriculture, cleanliness and drinking. The next order of business should be proper sewage treatment plants to prevent disease. Next, it makes sense to produce power for the masses and their civilization.

One problem we have seen is when we go in build facilities, infrastructure or teach people to farm; is that wars, terrorism and fighting ruin all that has been built. Therefore on the first three items of business we need to design infrastructure, which can withstand a 500-pound bomb. In other words, we must face reality and be smart about our investments in Third World nations and our goals.

Recently our Online Think Tank ask the question; Can We Build and Design an Ocean Wave Hydro Electric Generator, which can withstand a 500 Lb Bomb. The answer is most likely; No. But we could build a modularized system that can be easily rebuilt as long as parts are available in a very short amount of time. Still the goal in the future should be to build something that is literally bulletproof.

This means just because there is some civil unrest or a war, the infrastructure is still intact. This way things can return to normal very quickly. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. MindMaps of the Future; Online Think Tank Topic

We have all seen the MindMaps that have become so popularized through seminars and their excellent spokesmen, authors and psychological researchers, but it is now time to take these MindMaps to a whole new level and use them to predict behavior mathematically by way of computer and perhaps even use them for AI or Artificial Intelligent Computer programming.

Now then here are my thoughts to put mathematics to your MindMap. First I need to help you visualize my concept. By making your MindMap a wheel (for now, later a sphere) where along the circumference are all the branches and sub-branches of the MindMap and rolling moving it along a line we can record the data.

With each point of the decision-making process a symbol of numerical importance or a "skip". A skip is when you do not wish to consider an issue or that data point of accumulated "knowledge" or "experience" in the XML digital library. The line is folded or stair stepped to prevent its use. But could be unfolded later if you wish to use it, if the output answer is not pleasing to the human team of thinkers?

When might the answer be appropriate or undesirable? Well, a decision such as "Nuke All of the Middle East" to have peace on Earth in the future, maybe the decision made by the human, system AI computer in such a case is absolutely right, but we know cannot go there. So, unfold the line and re-look at more data points, which might allow for another outcome.

Thus in using my stair step method you would end up at the finish point or answer to the question at a different level. The levels would be the total sum of the scenario, thus you could stack the potential answers and choose the most favorable. Then take that answer against the next set of questions and therefore you would progress in time and track all the decision making process for the humans. These are my preliminary thoughts. Of course as the operator of an Online Think Tank of course I am open to others in 2007.

Can We Replace Human Thinking with Artificial Intelligent Robots?

Running or Participating an Online Think Tank will certainly make you think and you just never know where your mind will take you or who in the future might want to take your mind away from you! And so the question was proposed; Can We Replace Human Thinking with Artificial Intelligent Robots? Do we dare to think there? Well someone better and indeed the Online Think Tank was called to duty.

The Founder of The Human Knowledge MindMap stated that his plan would allow critical thinking skills for anyone who truly wanted to learn how to use it. He stated that he did not believe you can replace human thinking

I understand you believe that you cannot replace human thinking. I agree. But if only 2% of the people think and a maximum roll-out world wide of your MindMap only increases that by lets say 1000% that still leaves some 80% of the humans not thinking right? So, in Isaac Asimov's books he talks about different Worlds and Planets with different numbers of robots, on Earth none are allowed and there is a quasi police state with everyone living in domes. Seems rather "Logan Run" ish? And I already see this trend.

Creating an AI Artificial Intelligent Computerized MindMap

Can we create an AI Artificial Intelligent Computerized MindMap was the topic of the day recently at the Online Think Tank. So, you ask, well can you? Yes, actually it can be done. Of course you would need a client first. So who might that client be? Well after much consideration and several long brainstorming and thinking exercises we determined that the potential customer list would be quite extensive once the unit was built.

Our thoughts that the AI Artificial Intelligent Computerized MindMap could be used by everyone from University Grad students and professors to Advanced researchers working with DARPA or military contractors. I have not bothered to charge for it, I guess that has not been a big goal of mine.

For an AI MindMap Program; State Department, Government Leadership, DHS, US Military, Corporate Table Top Thinker, Robotic Space Applications, Net-centric Robotic Swarm central brain, Family Budget AI machine (integrated into the net-centric house), Logistical Supply Chain Companies, etc.

How about a MindMap simplified process and methodology which could be used by humans? Who would potentially be interested in that? Our thoughts that the potential clients are companies or groups such as; Sylvan Learning Centers, Monsory Schools, Boy Scouts (and Boy Scouts Explorers), Boys and Girls Club, NASA for Kids, Civil Air Patrol Cadets, Private Schools, Home Schooling Co-Ops (for their websites). Also in packaged material including Video, Laminated Diagrams, Board Games to Zaney Brainy Retail Stores.

The facts are that Mind Mapping Methodology and the MindMap philosophies of systems like the Human Knowledge MindMap can be used for nearly every aspect of human life and they certainly make sense for designing, building, implementing and for use in AI Artificial Intelligent Computers Systems. We certainly hope this article has propelled thought in 2007 and will help you in your quest to be the best.
